Couldn't go online last night, I must now recount all the marvellous things happened yesterday
Research seminar with Robyn on Paleography - "the study of old handwritings". Oh My God it was so difficult

All those flourishes in the letters are difficult enough, and then letters look very much alike, and the different spellings of the same words back in the early modern period which make it less easy to recognize them by their spellings, not to mention the common use of contractions ("performance" becomes "pformance", "Majesty" becomes "Maty")
Knowing that next week we will be going to the British Library, I decided not to go today and stayed in hall working - a right choice indeed! As I browsed through other blogrings of other halls, I wondered how come our hall's blogring is so underdeveloped. And so out of unprecedented bossiness (Julia's phrase) I set out to forward the blogring to my out-dated hallmate ICQ list (I remember it took me almost a week to add them into my list)

I think this act reminded people that such a person (as I) exists

And then I received an ICQ message - from Sarah
Sarah asked about me and I her. Suddenly it occured to me that I could seek help from her. When she asked me what I actually wanted to do, I made the right decision to tell her - it sure made all the difference to the fate of my project; for the response was totally out of my expectation

Sarah said she actually had the same desire and would want to be involved!

Then she even proceeded to say that she was actually doing some publishing stuff, that she could sponsor the project, and even help with the graphic designs and publishing!

I was so... so overwhelmed

What if I went to the British Library? What if I did not forward the blogring? What if I concealed the project from Sarah? ҦơA߭ߤۦMw... If so, I will have to work even harder to fulfill the Heaven's wish
I was so excited that I could not wait and rang a call to Joey

She said she could hardly recognize my voice... haha... She sounded a bit tired (or disspirited?) though. I told her the news and she said she is going to bring this out on Saturday's yinchiu reunion. I wish I could be there too.
Read a Riccian's story - stories about halls always fascinate me - and kind of inspired me

I think I have found the proper form in which to present my thoughts now

I agree that it is something like a manga romance
Went to Belgo with Jackson, then watched "Bride and Prejudice" together. Quite a surprise

A cunning adaptation of
Pride and Prejudice, the ball scenes wonderfully transformed into musicals

The colours, music, mood... wonderfully rendered. Only that it's meant to be a modern (Hollywood) comic romance, and loses some of the deeper themes in the original novel. Anyway it was good entertainment
Suddenly an apprehension approached me. I hope my suspicision is nowhere founded...
Back hall, took a shower, and been writing and remembering the past 3 years until it was nearly 4am...
