I have been working in Queen Elizabeth Hospital around 1 year. In here, I have learned a lot such as the basics of being a clerk. When I entered this department in ten months ago, I even didn’t know how to use the fax machine, and contact with suppliers. I feel shame because I always do something foolish however, with the increasing of working experience, I sure that I will never fool again. (Really? Maybe) .By the way, I start to realize the process of Procurement from receiving the purchase requisition to selecting the right Supplier/Vendor. It is so boring for me to handle with the daily duties. But it will be the precious experience to cope with the clerical work.
I get many things from working, but I also lose some things in my life. For example, the time spending on playing and talking with friends, May be the friendship between us generate a little bit of flaw. When they go out with their girl friend in special festival, where should I go? I don’t know. When they graduate from University and strive for their dream, what should I do? I don’t know. They get their dream and lover, but I get neither.
I cannot let it will be the end of mine. but the situation seems to go on this way, May be I can get some great changes, some grant changes. I don’t know what will happen after this change, I will try my best to live.
