HK environmental group friends of the Earth, together with a Taiwan green group, will be holding a "Dim it" action on June 21st to foster energy conservation. Nine Asian cities including HK. Taipei and Beijing have pledged to take part in the action. At 0830pm on the day, some landmark buildings and large billboards along the two sides of Victoria Harbour will have their lights out for an hour.
